Prices may vary during trade fair periods in Hanover.

Please note that, as a self-catering accommodation, we do not provide breakfast. There are a total of five shared bathrooms with showers and toilets in the building. We do not offer rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Our prices include VAT, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, Wi-Fi, heating costs and use of the communal areas. These include a fully equipped communal kitchen with a large lounge directly adjacent, as well as the garden with hammocks, a terrace and a barbecue area.

Children who sleep in their parents’ bed or bring their own (travel) cot stay with us free of charge, of course. Dogs are welcome by arrangement – please let us know in advance.

As a self-catering guesthouse, we don’t offer breakfast. However, our fully equipped shared kitchen is available to you at any time. There you’ll find an oven with induction hob, a microwave, two filter coffee machines, a dishwasher, pots and pans in various sizes, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, jugs, chopping boards, a hand mixer, can opener, corkscrew, peeler and other kitchen utensils.

Out of consideration for our neighbours, extravagant parties and loud music in the garden are unfortunately not permitted. As wonderful celebration and wedding venues we can warmly recommend the Beans and the Gasthaus Goltermann in the neighbouring village of Elze – and of course you’re welcome to stay overnight with us.

Hannover Langenhagen Airport is about 13 km away. From there you can reach us by taxi, Uber or S-Bahn (line S4 towards Bennemühlen, get off at Mellendorf).

By car it takes about 20 minutes to Hannover. By S-Bahn (line S4) or regional train (RB 38) it takes about 25 minutes.

Yes – free parking for cars, motorbikes, bicycles and e-bikes is available on site. We also have space for larger vehicles – please let us know in advance if you’re arriving with a motorhome, camper van or similar.

On weekdays, check-out is at 10 am. At weekends, rooms need to be vacated by 10:30 am. The shared kitchen, lounge and garden may be used until 2 pm.

Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome with us, by arrangement. Please make sure your pet doesn’t get onto or into the beds or the upholstered furniture, and isn’t left unsupervised in the house. Dogs must generally be kept on a lead in the garden.

Yes – during the week we also rent out individual rooms, not only to groups. Perfect for tradespeople, trade fair visitors and anyone passing through on the A7. Individual rooms can also be booked at weekends, provided the house is not exclusively rented to a group that weekend. Exclusive group bookings are only possible at weekends.

Yes, absolutely. We’re located directly on the A7 between Hannover and Hamburg, with a fully equipped shared kitchen for self-catering and enough parking on site – including space for vans and Sprinters.

Longer stays of several weeks are possible by arrangement, for example during an extended project assignment. Just get in touch with us directly if needed.
What’s the best way to reach trade fairs like the Hannover Messe or IAA Transportation?2026-08-23T13:43:33+02:00
Take the S-Bahn line S4 from Mellendorf and the Sprinti shuttle to reach the Hannover exhibition grounds in around 30 minutes. This applies to all major trade fairs in Hannover – Hannover Messe, IAA Transportation, Agritechnica and EuroTier.

Yes, by arrangement you can also arrive at short notice – just give us a call. As an alternative to a hotel, we’re easy to reach for travellers on the A7 without much advance planning.

Yes, a single overnight stay is no problem during the week – there’s no minimum stay for individual rooms.

Yes, exclusive rental of the whole house is possible at weekends. Ideal for gatherings with friends and family, company retreats, workshops and seminars away from everyday routine.

Rather than a classic seminar room, we offer a lounge that can be used for seminars and workshops – with tables and seating for up to 24 people, a smart TV with HDMI connection, projector and screen, and free WiFi.

Yes, the fully equipped kitchen is available for the whole group to use together – perfect for a shared dinner after a day of seminars. This also includes the roughly 1,000 m² garden with terrace, hammocks and a barbecue area.
